ive got an 04 crf450r. its going to be street legal next week. i bought it so i could switch between on and off road. my front end is a 2007 zx6r. matching ninja650r rear wheel thats 4.5 inches. im keeping it in dirtbike form till i get back from haspin acres next weekend. then the winter build begins. im buying rolands gas tank and neck extender but thats it. then im getting rs125 fairings.

i dont think the 125 fairings will fit, the 125 is a TINY bike, you will need a 250 set

(check out my ad in the classifiedsm i have everything for cheap)

good luck!

theres my front and rear set up. the rear wheel is at the machine shop now being cut and welded. i had the stem turned down to 30 mm for the kz 440 bearings i put in that xs650. and ill be damned if the crf uses 30mm bearings. and the neck length is the same. itll be bolted up when i get back next weekend.

my bike now

What did it take to put that rear wheel on?

boreing the center of the cush drive. shave the right side off till flush with the bearing. removing the same depth from the rotor mount. shave a certain amount off the cush drive lugs and the wheel spars where the cush sits. then milling a said amount off the sprocket mount then welding the cush drive solid. wheel was 150. and 250 in machining. worth it in my book.

front end was just turning a new stem. now with 19 degree rake. 3.5 inch trail. 11 degree swing arm angle. forks are 30 inches long with stepped upper triple flipped over. ill take more pics when its pretty.
