Doubt you need bigger radiators. More than likely you will only need one of the originals (cover the second up with tape), altough I could be wrong...

I dont know, when putting on the body work it is going to raise temps but on the other side of things the bikes are going to be constantly moving so I dont know. We will see.

Because of the nature of road racing, I don't think heat is going to be much of an issue. In motox you don't go that fast and most of the bike ends up covered in dirt or mud. In road racing, there isn't mud or dirt to plug the radiator fins (if you stay on the tarmac). Speeds are much higher and cooling should not be a problem.

I don't know how the cooling system will do during street driving conditions - I imagine a fan will be in order... I mention street driving because I heard some people want to make it street legal as well...

I cant comment on how they will work for your application, but I have one on the right side of my YZF250 after damaging the oem one. The quality is awesome, and performance of the bike has actually increased over the std rad. before fitting the PWR rad the bike used to lose a little performance over a 30-40min stint, it wasnt noticable until you stopped for a few minutes, bike cooled abit, started again and felt the extra horsie's that had been missing at the end of your ride!

Now it hits the same no matter how long you ride it for, and they are much stronger than the oem units.
