StreetFX, the leader in LED performance motorcycle accent lighting in collaboration with Four Feathers Racing, is excited to announce that they will be providing, at no charge, tail light kits to all race teams entered in the 2009 Daytona 200. StreetFX ultra bright LED lights will meet the new AMA regulation that all bikes participating in the 200 this year must have 4" of tail lighting.
Buz Lewis, CEO of StreetFX and avid track and dirt rider, is thrilled to be working with the AMA. "StreetFX is proud to have the opportunity to provide all of the race teams with officially approved bright red LED "ElectroPods" Tail Lights for teams to use on their race bikes. ElectroPods' wide LED viewing angle takes into account that no two race bikes are alike and therefore easily mount horizontally, vertically or individually in any position-making them an ideal turnkey solution for all of the race teams."
Four Feathers Racing's Scotty Van Hawk adds to Buz's enthusiasm, "When it was announced that the Daytona 200 would be under the lights I knew the go to guy for lighting. Buz is a huge racing fan and once I started talking to him about lighting it wasn't long until he decided to supply the entire grid! His generosity and focus have obviously contributed to his success in life. The StreetFX line is for sale to the public their local motorcycle dealership and available to retailers through most distributors."
