Dick Burleson is a bonafide American off-road racing hero. The AMA Motorcycle Hall of Famer won eight consecutive AMA National Enduro Championships and was an eight-time International Six Days Trials gold medalist. Fans, contemporaries and the industry will get together on March 4, starting at 7 p.m., at the Holiday Inn in Deland, Fla., to honor Burleson and his accomplishments with a tribute dinner.
The Dick Burleson Tribute Dinner is conveniently scheduled the evening prior to the Alligator Enduro, round three of the AMA Racing Rekluse National Enduro Championship Series. Moose Racing and Parts Unlimited are host sponsors of the event.
